At this time, most orders are available for local pickup in Calgary, Alberta.

Local Pickup

Once your custom order is ready, I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location within Calgary.

Shipping Options

Although I primarily serve local customers, shipping may be available upon request.

If you are located outside of Calgary:

Please contact me before placing your order.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your item.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

Custom and personalized items will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

Processing Time

As most items are handmade or custom-made, processing times may vary. I will provide an estimated completion time when confirming your order.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an item has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, I will always do my best to help resolve any issues.
