Welcome to Crafts by Jackie Rea. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Handmade Products
All items are handmade and/or custom-made. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship:
Slight variations in colour, placement, texture, or finish may occur.
No two items will be exactly identical.
Screen colours may vary slightly from the final product.
These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
2. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to pickup or shipping.
Custom orders are final sale.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Please review spelling, dates, names, and design details carefully before confirming your order.
If a custom order is cancelled after production has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Pricing & Payments
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash
Interac e-Transfer
Credit/Debit (processed through Square at in-person events)
Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup in Calgary is available.
Shipping may be offered upon request. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon.
Crafts by Jackie Rea is not responsible for carrier delays once items have been shipped.
5. Care & Use
Many products are decorative or customized items. Proper care instructions will be provided where applicable.
Crafts by Jackie Rea is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, logos, and content on this website are the property of Crafts by Jackie Rea and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crafts by Jackie Rea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased.
