At Crafts by Jackie Rea, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and personalized nature of many products, the following policy applies:
Custom & Personalized Items:
Custom and personalized items are final sale.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
Because these items are made specifically for you, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.
Ready-Made Items:
For non-custom, ready-made items purchased in person:
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment where possible.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of pickup or delivery.
Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue. I will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Crafts by Jackie Rea is not responsible for carrier delays or damage once an item has been shipped, but I will always do my best to assist if an issue arises.
